Welcome to our site!   Whether you are deciding to open your new care home, looking for ways to enhance your existing residential care program, or seeking continuing education credits, we hope that you become a part of our growing collaborative community.

We are a group of dynamic social service professionals based in the Elk Grove, Sacramento and San Francisco area.   We not only provide you with many years of experience in the field of client care, supervision, program planning, and training, we also provide an avenue for care providers, employers, and potential workers to network with one another.   You can always contact us to discuss any specific needs you may have and we'd be glad to be a partner in your residential care business.

Our team will prepare both Part A and B sections of the Community Care Licensing Application.   The program design is personalized to how YOU, as our customer, would like it done.   We prepare program designs for Adult Residential Facilities (ARF), Residential Care Facilities for the Elderly (RCFE) and Small Family Homes (SFH).   

Our price package includes the application packet, consultation and preparation for your interview and inspection.   A 30-minute FREE initial consultation session is offered to help you develop a strategy in opening your care facility.  

Our goal is to get you licensed in the most efficient way possible!

We offer continuing education both online and live classes held locally.   Our instructors are seasoned educators in their field and provide dynamic and interactive courses.   Live classes are mostly held on weekends to help accommodate staffing challenges for the residential care facilities.   Call us to arrange for in-home trainings ( available for local facilities only; minimum number of attendees apply ).

Our team of professionals are knowledgeable in California Regulations, most specifically Title 22 and Title 17.   We can help you navigate the intricacies of the continued licensure process to avoid penalties from the Community Care Licensing Division.   We can review your facility's paperwork compliance and other program-related activities ( This service is nonclinical and does not involve client care).
